The survey link will also appear on the community website under the "My Surveys" page.
Not necessarily. We will do our best to identify studies that look like a match based on your profile, but our sponsoring clients may include criteria which is not part of our membership information. In these cases, the only way to know if you qualify will be to ask you up front in the survey. In cases when your household does not fit the criteria, we will try and notify you quickly and release you from completing any more of that survey.
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once per month. There will also be new QuickPolls posted to the site every month or two.
You are welcome to take part in as many surveys as you like.
On average, our surveys are approximately 5-10 minutes; however, some can be as short as 3 minutes and others can be longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
